For recruiting teams

Candidate outreach that sounds written for the person

Strong candidates ignore generic messages. Tejesha helps recruiters adjust tone and emphasis to how each person likes to communicate.

Where it helps

Tone and length

Some candidates want a warm, personal note. Others want three lines and a link to the role. A brief helps you tell which.

What to lead with

People who score higher in openness often respond to the mission and the hard problems. Those higher in conscientiousness often want clear scope, process and expectations.

First conversations

Help a hiring manager start an introductory call in a way that puts the candidate at ease.

Not for hiring decisions

Tejesha estimates are not designed or validated for screening, ranking or selecting candidates, and should never be used that way. Personality estimates drawn from public writing are imperfect, and using them to decide who gets hired could be unfair and may conflict with employment laws in many places.

Use Tejesha to communicate well. Make hiring decisions on job-relevant evidence, applied the same way to every candidate.

Tejesha also does not infer protected characteristics such as race, gender, sexual orientation, disability or age.
