Why Tejesha exists
Good conversations start with understanding the other person. Yet most sales and recruiting outreach is still written for no one in particular, and many tools meant to fix that rely on personality types that research does not support.
Tejesha takes a different approach. It applies the Big Five, the model personality researchers actually use, to what people have written publicly. And it tells you how confident it is, rather than presenting a guess as a fact.
What we hold ourselves to
Science first
We build on published, peer-reviewed personality research and cite it. Where the evidence is thin, we say so.
Honest about uncertainty
Every estimate carries a confidence score. A brief that admits what it does not know is more useful than one that guesses.
Respect for the people described
We analyze only writing that people chose to publish, and anyone can ask to be left out.
Understanding, not manipulation
Tejesha exists to make conversations better for both sides, never to pressure or exploit anyone.
