Trust
Trust, security and responsible use
Personality insights are about people, most of whom have never heard of Tejesha. That shapes what we analyze, what we will not do, and how we protect data.
What Tejesha analyzes
Public professional writing
Writing people have chosen to publish, such as LinkedIn posts, articles, blog posts, and transcripts of public talks and interviews.
What Tejesha does not do
- Read private messages, inboxes or direct messages
- Infer protected characteristics such as race, gender, sexual orientation, disability or age
- Present an estimate without saying how confident it is
Anyone can opt out
Anyone can ask Tejesha to leave them out of analysis, or to see, correct or delete information about them. You do not need an account, and there is no charge.
Responsible use
The principles behind every brief
Understand, do not pressure
Guidance is written to help you adapt to someone, never to exploit their personality.
No decisions about people
Tejesha is not designed for decisions about individuals, such as hiring, promotion or eligibility for services.
Treat estimates as estimates
Weigh low-confidence traits lightly, and let your own experience of a person count for more.
